At Juvelixir®, we stand behind the quality of our product and our commitment to your health. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked.
1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Juvelixir® purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product within 30 days of the original delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding any shipping costs paid by the customer, if applicable).
To qualify for a refund:
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- The product must be returned in its original bottle
- The bottle must contain unused product — we cannot process refunds for empty bottles
- You must contact us first to obtain return instructions (see Section 3 below)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Empty bottles or bottles from which all product has been consumed
- Products returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
- Products not purchased directly through our website (e.g., purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers)
- Products that have been tampered with, damaged by misuse, or returned without original packaging
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team before sending your product back:

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not send any product back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong product, a damaged product, or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email that we have received your return. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval notice, please first check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@livelonger.health with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
7. Subscription Orders
If you are enrolled in our monthly subscription and wish to cancel, please contact us at hello@livelonger.health or 1-800-484-4607 at least 3 business days before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment. Each subscription order is subject to the same 30-day return policy described above.
8. Exchanges
At this time, we offer a single product and do not process product exchanges. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us and we will find the best resolution for you.
