These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Juvelixir® website at juvelixir.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products offered by Live Longer, Inc. ("we", "us", "our", or "Live Longer"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Live Longer, Inc. is a California corporation that operates the Juvelixir® brand of dietary supplements. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, and any other individuals who access or use the Site for any purpose.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to cancel or confirm the order at the correct price.

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. By submitting a payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Payment processing is handled by a secure third-party payment processor; Live Longer does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Subscriptions

We offer an optional monthly subscription for Juvelixir®. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription price until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@livelonger.health or 1-800-484-4607 at least 3 business days before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next shipment. Subscription pricing is subject to change with advance notice to subscribers.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders are subject to processing time before shipment. Please review our Shipping Policy for full details on processing times, estimated delivery windows, and our policy regarding lost or damaged packages.

8. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Juvelixir® purchases. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and must include the original bottle with unused product. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy for full details on eligibility requirements and how to initiate a return.

9. Health Disclaimer

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you hereby consent to such jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us in good faith at hello@livelonger.health to attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of providing notice.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Live Longer, Inc. with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

19. Waiver

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Live Longer, Inc.
