Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Juvelixir®. We want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and exactly as expected. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.
1. Free Shipping on All U.S. Orders
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required — every order ships free. We absorb the full shipping cost so you receive Juvelixir® at the price you see, with no surprises at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, and handed off to the carrier after your purchase is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. During high-volume periods (new product launches, promotions, or holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you by email if there is any unexpected delay.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated transit times within the United States are as follows:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
- Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5–10 business days
These are estimates provided by our shipping carriers. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the confirmation email for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@livelonger.health and we will investigate promptly.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@livelonger.health — we will do our best to correct it before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once fulfillment has begun.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Live Longer, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order:
- Check around your property, with neighbors, and with household members
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered before the final drop-off
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
- Contact us at hello@livelonger.health and we will work with you to find a resolution
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@livelonger.health. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations. We hope to expand shipping availability in the future — please check back or sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
9. Subscription Orders
If you have enrolled in our monthly subscription program, your orders will ship automatically each month on your renewal date. Subscription orders receive the same free standard shipping and are subject to the same processing and delivery time estimates outlined above. You may update your shipping address, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@livelonger.health or calling 1-800-484-4607.
